Early in 2009 we had a visitor from Canada who came to meet all the Collooneys and Me (Viv). During her time here she fell in love with two of the males and one of my older girls. After taking many photos and returning home to speak with her friend it was decided that Compo was the man for her. Some time has past since then, But Compo in now resident In Ontario Canada with Stacey Cronyn. Compo will compete in conformation but will also take part in Straight and Oval Racing, as well as Lure coursing, which I know he will absolutely love! Compo has a lot to offer to Stacey and the other Canadian/ American breeders with a lovely pedigree and proof that he can produce the goods with 3 of his daughters here in the UK already winning CCs. He is also the sire of 3 Champions..
Compo has taken part in his 1st Lure race meet in Canada !! he ran the entire 3 programs, starting without flinching from the starting boxes, and he wound up  winning the OVERALL TURTLE award (a very coveted award, I might add).  The turtle goes to the dog with the lowest race score, who runs with heart and tenacity all programs to finish last in points. I am sure with some experience (ie getting out of the boxes as soon as they open) he will improve how he finishes.  So Compo has got his first race leg towards a minor racing title that requires 6 meets to be run and completed in their entirety to earn the title.

Compo has finished his AM title In style with a 3 point Major & Best of Winners Judge Jeff Pepper at Taconic Hills Ch Show, handled by Lesley Potts.

Compo Best Of Winners Wyoming Valley, New York and is only 2 points away from his American Champion Title..

Compo has won his first AKC points in Syracuse New York by taking the BOB win from the classes Judge Dr. Robert Smith
Compo is heading to the USA to be handled by Lesley Potts for a few months.... Good luck Compo & Lesley Anne

Compo has had 3 more wins, including Winners Dog at St Hubert KC and hope to be able to announce the 1st "Collooney"  American Champion very soon.
